1. Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by Rallyfuels OÜ, registry code 17520867, VAT number EE102993167,
registered in Tallinn, Estonia. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Rallyfuels OÜ, and
“you” means the person or company placing the order. You can reach us at

2. What these terms cover
They govern the sale of every product listed on this website: racing fuels, alkylate and small-engine
fuels, track preparation products, oils and lubricants, additives and coolants, fuel containers and
equipment, and clothing. By placing an order you accept these terms as they stand on the day you order.
3. The nature of what we sell
Most of our fuels, additives and cleaning products are classified as dangerous goods under ADR. They
are flammable, and some are harmful if inhaled or swallowed. You are responsible for storing, handling
and disposing of them safely, and for holding any permit required where you are. A safety data sheet is
available for every such product on request, before you buy.
Racing fuels are sold for use in competition engines and off-road equipment. Unless a product page
says otherwise, they are not approved for use on public roads.
4. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive the goods at the delivery address you
give us. We may decline or cancel an order where we cannot ship a product lawfully to that address, and
we refund you in full if we do.
5. Prices
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. The VAT amount is shown separately in the cart and on
your invoice. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you confirm the order.
Prices can change at any time, but the price displayed when you place an order is the price you pay
for that order.
6. How an order becomes a contract
Adding items to the cart and paying is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we send you an order
confirmation by e-mail. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or if a price was shown incorrectly,
we will tell you and refund you in full rather than ship something different.
7. Payment
We accept payment cards and Link through Stripe, and direct bank transfer. Card details are entered on
Stripe’s systems and never reach our servers. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once the
payment has reached our account.
8. Delivery
We deliver within Estonia as standard. Orders to other countries are arranged individually —
write to us before you order and we will either quote the delivery or put you in touch with the VP
Racing distributor who covers your market.

Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to you or to a carrier you appointed.
9. Cancelling and returning
If you buy as a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because of
what we sell, some products are excluded from that right for safety reasons. The detail, including how to

10. If something is wrong with the goods
Consumers have a statutory right to a remedy where goods do not conform to the contract, for two years
from delivery. Tell us within a reasonable time of noticing the problem and we will put it right by
repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as the law provides.
Business buyers must report shortages, visible damage or a wrong product within three working days of
delivery, so that we can raise it with the carrier while the claim is still open.
11. Limits on our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or
for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and for business buyers only, our
liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost profit,
lost track time, engine damage caused by fuel used outside its specification, or other indirect loss.
Fuel must be used in engines and applications it suits. If you are unsure which blend fits your engine,
ask us before you buy — we would rather answer the question than see the wrong fuel go in.
12. Events outside our control
We are not in breach of these terms if delivery is delayed or prevented by something genuinely outside
our control, including transport restrictions on dangerous goods, supply failure, strike or extreme
weather. We will tell you as soon as we know and offer you a new date or a refund.

14. Law and disputes
Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the
country you live in. Talk to us first — most things are settled in one e-mail. If we cannot agree,
consumers may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at
ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or the
Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. Business disputes go to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed
it, and the date of the last change is at the top of this page.
